I ordered 2000 bags with 2000 stickers. We sent a PNG file with the logo and text for the sticker. When we recieved pictures of the stickers, it was a wrong print. On all 2000 stickers!
We were told by them "Ah don't worry, it is only a small little mistake. Your customers won't notice". Only when i demanded to talk to a manager, they offered to send me new stickers with correct print.
This delayed the order, which cost us money.
